  • Comprehensive and current plain English information about the College prior to enrolment. 
  • Written enrolment agreements including but not limited to information about refunds of tuition fees and non-tuition fees in the case of student default and provider default. 
  • A list of the Education Agents we engage to source and communicate with overseas students. 
  • Age and culturally appropriate information for overseas students who are under 18 years of age about who to contact in emergency situations, and how to seek assistance and report any incident or allegation involving actual or alleged sexual, physical or other abuse.
