As part of our compliance with the National Code, we are required to disclose and provide certain information either publicly, or externally to key stakeholders. We provide separate public facing policies for the following overseas student information:
- CRICOS registered name and registration details
- comprehensive and current plain English information about the College prior to enrolment
- written enrolment agreements including but not limited to information about refunds of tuition fees and non-tuition fees in the case of student default and provider default
- a list of the Education Agents we engage to source and communicate with overseas students
- age and culturally appropriate information for overseas students who are under 18 years of age about who to contact in emergency situations, and how to seek assistance and report any incident or allegation involving actual or alleged sexual, physical or other abuse
- procedures for homestay arrangements for younger overseas students and host families
- support services available to overseas students
- reporting of incidents that significantly affect the wellbeing of overseas students including critical incidents
- how overseas students can seek academic assistance
- circumstances in which overseas students can seek transfers
- the requirements to achieve satisfactory course progress and, where applicable, attendance in each study period
- comprehensive, free and easily accessible information about our overseas student complaints handling and appeals process and policy.
