Coomera Anglican College have been a long time supporter of the Seahawks and have continued their support through multiple levels of the association.
General Manager Dwayne Vale was extremely excited with the partnership agreement with the College.
“Since beginning in the General Manager role in September 2019, I have had nothing but positive and engaging conversations with David Dobbie (Business Manager – CAC) in regard to the relationship between Coomera Anglican College and the Seahawks association” said Vale.
“David and the team at Coomera Anglican College are big picture thinkers and from our very first meeting, the College made their intentions clear that Coomera Anglican College wants our Association to be a powerhouse in the future. The College wanted to be involved in any way they could help, thus supporting the community, the sport and provide pathways for athletes.”
“Not only have the College secured naming rights to our Junior Seahawks Representative program, the College also recognised that our juniors need a clear path to our Senior program and understand the importance of having both within our association, which is unbelievable”
Business Manager for Coomera Anglican College, David Dobbie also expressed his excitement with the partnership agreement.
“Our College prides itself on its community focus, commitment to excellence and giving our students the best opportunities and pathways that we can. The Seahawks’ goals align very closely with those of the College and our Basketball Academy program, and we are excited to continue our partnership with Seahawks.” said Dobbie.
“North Gold Coast Seahawks Basketball, are a fast growing, local association that want our students, and all their players, to share in having exposure to high quality programs, competition and experiences. The College is focused on junior player development, and want to support pathways for these players through the introductory Basketball programs, to the Queensland State League, and hopefully beyond.”
