Meet Our Old CACS Committee
Coomera Anglican College Past Student Association proudly announces a significant milestone in its journey - the unveiling of its new official logo and brand, OLD CACS (Old Coomera Anglican College Students).
Months of meticulous planning, collaboration with the Past Student Association Committee, an external design agency, and the school’s Principal, Mr Innes-Hill, have culminated in this exciting development.
The essence of Old CACS is beautifully captured in its logo, seamlessly integrating elements from the cherished CACABURRA emblem while epitomising the spirit of Coomera Anglican College graduates as ambassadors. Two Kookaburras, reminiscent of the iconic CACABURRA design, stand guard symbolically, representing the enduring passion of our College community. The inner symbol, rotated to resemble an eternal flame, signifies the perpetual fervor safeguarded by our Kookaburra ambassadors. The utilization of the College’s official branding colors ensures visual harmony with the institution’s identity.
The brand was introduced to the Class of 2023 during their Valedictory Dinner, where they received their official badges and a warm welcome into the Old CACS family by past student Kyrra Wilks. The upcoming weeks will witness the official launch across various platforms, aiming to reach both current and former members of the College community.
The unveiling of the new logo and brand is anticipated to foster a sense of pride and allegiance among past students, fostering lifelong connections and engagement. It is envisaged that this unified identity will not only elevate the reputation of the Past Student Association but also enhance engagement and leave a lasting impact on the College community as a whole.
As we embrace this new chapter, we look forward to continuing to strengthen the bonds that unite us as proud members of the Coomera Anglican College legacy.
Established in late 2022, our Old CACS Committee is a group of alumni volunteers dedicated to fostering an engaged alumni community for Coomera Anglican College. Our mission is to cultivate and strengthen the bonds between our graduates and the College, ensuring that the connections created during their time here remain lively and lasting. Moreover, we actively seek to involve our alumni in the ongoing life of the College, offering opportunities to support current students and their families.
